Developed as one of three distinct interior lines ## Adagio XO Parq Adagio XO Parq is a sophisticated interior concept created by CID Studio for XO PARQ in Palma de Mallorca. Developed as one of three distinct interior lines for this premium residential complex, the project reflects a more composed and elegant interpretation of modern apartment living, combining visual harmony, comfort and a clearly resolved design language. Our role was to shape an interior direction that would support both buyer appeal and the premium identity of the development, demonstrating how considered interior design in Mallorca can enhance not only the atmosphere of a home, but also the way a property is positioned and perceived in the market. The complex consists of 65 apartments with underground parking. The project stands out for its bold contemporary architecture, interior style options and a wide range of amenities for residents: lounge area, concierge service, cinema, golf simulator, café, gym, spa and glass-bottom swimming pool. The ADAGIO design line reflects the concept of modern elegant interiors. CID designers played on contrasts, assembling an eclectic interior from the finest quality items. ### Living room The ADAGIO project presented us with a challenge. Firstly, the interior had to be chic, but not posh. Secondly, it had to be modern but timeless. Thirdly, it had to be sophisticated but not overloaded with details. We decided to use a combination of materials as a stylistic basis: noble marble, natural wood, cosy light-coloured textiles and elegant brass accents. ### Dining area and kitchen The kitchens in XO PARQ are integrated with the living rooms. To harmonise the space, we have divided it into zones using rounded furniture and different lighting scenarios created by decorative luminaires. The contrast of the marble surfaces with the warm colours of the wooden floor enhances the feeling of refined elegance. The space is accented with abstract art or a brass-framed mirror with coloured glass elements, which not only decorates the wall but also visually expands the space by reflecting and multiplying light. ### Bedroom A solution with a play of shapes was chosen for the bedrooms.  We have provided the sleeping area with the most comfortable bed of streamlined form with soft upholstery material, which invites relaxation, while lighting fixtures and decorative elements complement and do not overload the overall palette. ### Terrace The curved outlines of the upholstered armchairs and poufs on the terrace create the perfect place to relax. The dining area with light textile and metal furniture is designed for a relaxed breakfast or dinner in the open air. The pergola creates a shady shelter from the sun, providing comfort on hot days for both the seating area and the eating area. For total relaxation, the terrace has a dedicated space for a Jacuzzi and sun loungers. As part of our work in luxury interior design for developers in Mallorca, Arta XO Parq was created to strengthen presentation, elevate perceived value and translate the architectural ambition of the project into a coherent interior experience. Characteristic features of the project include bold contemporary architecture, various interior styles and a host of amenities for residents, including a lounge area, concierge service, cinema, golf simulator, café, gym, spa and glass-bottom swimming pool. The ARTA design line embodies a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle and enjoyment of simple pleasures. A mix of organic shapes and textures in warm colours is at the heart of the design approach. ### Living room Living room furniture is made of eco-organic materials that give a feeling of closeness to nature. The sofa can adapt to and support the shape of the body. In the choice of armchairs, we favoured pieces that combine aesthetics and functionality, complementing the overall concept with architectural lines and intricate details. Their effortless and relaxed appearance creates an atmosphere of calm and naturalness. ### Dining area and kitchen We chose items with organic shapes created from natural materials for the dining area design. Light fixtures resembling elegant mushrooms became decorative accents, sublimating the designer’s vision of an eco-friendly space. ### Bedroom In the bedroom, we wanted to create an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. This was achieved through furniture, lamps, and decor whose designs echoed each other. The rounded lines of the bed resemble the smooth curves of the armchair and are combined with the streamlined surface of the pendant lamps. Ovals and circles are embodied in the art on the walls, the shape of the mirrors, and the bathtub. Soft upholstery, curtains, and rugs add cosiness to the space. ### Terrace Terraces are a key feature in all our projects, and designing them is a particular passion for CID (Creative Interior Design). For the ARTA style, we used natural materials, including stone, wood, and textured textiles, which reflect Mallorca’s laid-back lifestyle. We selected weather-resistant furniture that ensures durability and long-term enjoyment. We aim to facilitate various outdoor activities based on the terrace’s dimensions. For instance, in the penthouse, we crafted a cosy lounge area beneath a pergola, perfect for relaxing and socialising with friends. The heart of the terrace is dedicated to a dining area, and sun loungers are strategically placed next to the Jacuzzi for sunbathing. The building was constructed in 1900, which imposed serious architectural constraints. The walls are masonry, and the ceiling is 19th-century wood. The building has no hot water supply, so 1.5-tonne boilers had to be installed and hidden. We pushed back on the natural stone to fill small rooms with freshness and air. An active wall featuring a slice of stone is an accent point of attraction and builds the whole room around itself. The designers left the brickwork exposed. In combination with the wooden ceiling, this made the interior interesting.The wall decor was handmade, and some of the readymade interior elements were repainted in the desired colour. ### Project summary The object: a hotel in a historic building from 1900. Built around an asymmetrical layout and a selection of recognisable designer pieces, the project treats furniture, lighting and decorative objects not simply as functional elements, but as part of a curated spatial composition. The result is an interior of creative freedom, visual sophistication and quiet confidence, where geometric form, material expression and balance define the atmosphere. This project represents our approach to high-end interior design for exceptional homes in Mallorca, where distinctive character is translated into a fully resolved living environment. We have organised the space using recognisable masterpieces created by well-known designers for the brands Gubi, Cassina, Floss, and Tacchini. Most of the decor pieces have been highlighted by leading professional media. Some of them were honoured with design awards. ### The living room The design of the furniture and lights focuses attention and creates an atmosphere of creative freedom and aesthetics. The colour palette of the artworks and interiors is very calm so as not to detract from the play of shapes and textures.The iconic Zeppelin 1 chandelier, designed by Marcel Wanders Studio in 2005, conveys a sense of lightness and airiness. The Dudet armchair was designed by Patricia Urquiola in 2021. The armchair’s soft and comfortable appearance harks back to the design of the 1970s. The sofa Victoria is created by the Lebanese design duo David/Nicolas. The sofa won the Archiproducts Design Award in 2021. It is a modular system that can be organized from different elements: sofas, armchairs, ottomans, chaise lounges, and tables. In this project, we have put together a configuration of a corner sofa and a small table providing luxurious comfort.The “Chaise longue à reglage continu” was designed in 1928 by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand. The chaise is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. In addition, it demonstrates an original technical solution. The stability of the armchair at any angle of inclination is provided by the action of friction. ### The bedroom The combination of shapes and textures of the bedroom interior pieces references the living room design concept. The calm color scheme enhances the feeling of relaxed Mediterranean luxury. A secluded reading nook continues the design of the room. The curves of the lines of the armchair echo the geometry of the bed headboard, shelving unit, and coffee table. The bedroom’s dominant feature is the bed with the unusual headboard. The intricate asymmetric configuration of the headboard sets the tone for the entire room’s design. Our approach focused on transforming a new-build house into a warm, fully resolved home through carefully selected furniture, art, textiles and outdoor living elements. This project reflects our work in high-end interior design in Mallorca, where comfort, atmosphere and practical completion are brought together with precision and restraint. Our task was to transform a newly built house into a cosy home ready for the owners to move in. We created the interior design, as well as taking care of the construction defects and landscaping of the plot of land. As always, we took care of the supply and installation of furniture, art, decor, textiles, crockery and even filled the wine cabinet. ### Living room The basis of the composition is the sofa by Bonaldo, its straight lines and delicate beige upholstery reflect the modern trends of minimalism, offering the perfect place to relax. In contrast, we have placed the Pianca armchairs in deep blue, which adds depth and visual interest to the interior thanks to their oval shape and austere design. In the centre of the composition, we placed a coffee table from Cattelan Italia with a bronze shade and a smooth mirrored surface that reflects light and creates a play of highlights and shadows in the space. This space is accentuated by an incredible handmade rug, which emphasises the dynamism of the space with its irregular geometry. At the same time, the continuous interweaving of lines tells of the endless movement of waves chasing each other and merging in whirlpools and turbulent streams. ### Bedrooms The master bedroom is spacious and includes its own bathroom and dressing room. The interior is decorated in calm neutral tones, which creates an atmosphere of cosiness and relaxation. Quality textile elements and soft carpets add warmth and comfort, while exquisite lamps provide soft, pleasant lighting. The second bedroom is designed for guests and is decorated in a modern style with designer furniture and stylish accessories. Here every element has been selected with special attention to detail to create an atmosphere of hospitality and cosiness. ### Home office The home office is the embodiment of modern minimalism and functionality. The furniture items demonstrate the unity and struggle of opposites. The refined lines of the desk and coffee table are balanced by the cosy volume of the armchairs. Shelves create a place for organised storage of books, documents and decorative items. ### Terrace The terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of outdoor living. A comfortable dining table and armchair offer the space to share a meal with loved ones. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to sunbathe before a dip in the pool. A soft sofa and armchair encourage a leisurely conversation over a glass of wine. Conceived as a softer interpretation of contemporary Mediterranean living, the design brings together natural textures, muted tones and elegant detailing to create an atmosphere of calm, light and understated luxury. This project reflects our approach to luxury interior design in Mallorca, where interiors are shaped not only to feel beautiful and deeply liveable, but also to support the long-term value and market identity of the property itself. This seafront property offers 57 luxury apartments that provide a lavish living experience. Developed around warm tones, soft textures, rounded forms and a carefully composed material palette, the project brings together comfort, design relevance and a strong sense of place. The living space was designed to feel open, welcoming and visually layered, combining art, noble materials and current furniture design within a clear and harmonious composition. This project reflects CID Studio’s approach to luxury penthouse interior design in Mallorca, where the atmosphere of the home is shaped through both aesthetic refinement and lifestyle intention. This project incorporates the latest trends in furniture design. For example, the main accent colour is terracotta, which has become a trend in 2022. In addition, most of the furniture and interior design pieces were introduced to the market in the same year. ### The living room The living room intends to project our vision of relaxed Mediterranean luxury. On the one hand, warm colours, soft fabrics, and rounded shapes. On the other, a fancy combination of glass, wood, and metal in the decoration, fresh furniture design, and original works of art. The dining table is reminiscent of the round table of King Arthur’s knights. This table is a comfortable place to gather guests for dinner or simply for a glass of wine. For this occasion, we have placed a magnificent bar cabinet next to it and built-in a wine collection fridge in the kitchen. The highlight is the transparent ceiling, through which the bottom of the pool, located on the terrace of the penthouse, is visible. All the pieces of furniture complement each other: noble wood, polished marble, solid bronze, and cozy textiles. This project uses a symmetrical furniture layout. The sofa and dining table are located along the central axis. The living room is divided into three zones: the seating area, the dining area, and the kitchen. ### The bedroom The interior concept continues in the design of the bedroom. The stylish and unusual design of the headboard echoes the curves of the armchair, the shapes of the console in the hall, and the living room furniture. We chose a soft palette that resonates with the accent colour of terracotta. We have created a reading nook next to a window in the bedroom. Here is a comfortable armchair of unusual design and a bookcase. ### The entrance hall The entrance hall of the penthouse invites beauty and comfort. Keys and phone are conveniently left on the console, whose shape echoes the design of the bedroom headboard and the living room armchair. A painting by a contemporary artist not only brings aesthetics but also has investment potential. ### The roof terrace The design of the terrace is reminiscent of luxury hotels but retains a cosy feel. The space is divided into three functional zones: dining, sitting, and lounging area. The pool area tempts you to sunbathe. The dining table invites you to share a dinner with friends. The sofa promises a comfortable place to chat with friends about the finer things in life. We used outdoor furniture, which is resistant to all kinds of weather. At the same time, we wanted to give the terrace a cosy homely feel. Having this in mind, we chose outdoor furniture, lighting, and a rug that looks like designed for indoor use. The finish, colours, and textures of the decorative elements create a perfect combination. ### Project summary The object: a penthouse in a luxury residential complex of original modern architecture. It has an area of 324 square meters. The penthouse has a kitchen combined with a living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious terrace with a pool on the roof of the building. Designed for clients deeply connected to the island, the project translates the character of Mallorca into a refined interior language through a palette inspired by the sea, local vegetation and warm natural tones. The result is a highly considered home that balances comfort, art and functionality, with clearly defined living areas and a calm, elevated atmosphere. This project reflects our approach to premium interior design in Mallorca, where lifestyle quality and aesthetic clarity are equally essential. ### The living room The clients are in love with Mallorca, so they wanted an apartment that reflected the spirit of the island. The designer used the colour palette of local nature: the deep blue of the sea, rich shades of vegetation, and a noble brown. The interior is decorated with paintings by the contemporary Majorcan artist Estefania Pomar, posters by the famous Spanish artist Juan Miró, who worked in Mallorca from 1954 to 1983, and a vintage tourist advertising poster. These techniques capture the spirit of the island. The living room, in conjunction with the kitchen, has a surface area of 60 square meters. This space is divided into several functional areas: a sitting area for socializing with friends, a place to read books, a kitchen, and a dining area. ### The dining area The dining area is a favourite and frequently used space. There is a view of the sea from here. The art on the walls reflects the customers’ love of the sea. Seawater is often a deep blue but sometimes becomes a misty grey. The colour of the chairs echoes the water elemental palette. The table contrasts in colour but amalgamates in texture with the polished stone of the floor. ### The terrace The spacious terrace overlooks the sea and the Royal Marvient Palace. Lemon trees and green bushes turned the terrace into a green garden. The furniture enhances this impression. A carpet unites the composition. The rug is not only beautiful but also practical, as it is not afraid of rainy weather. ### The bedroom The bedroom has a more tranquil design. The plant leaves harmonize in colour and shape with the textiles: curtains, decorative cushions, and plaid. The framing of the posters on the wall matches the colour of the furniture. The design of the master bedroom is not only attractive but also practical. The room provides space for sleeping, working, and reading books, and is equipped with built-in storage cupboards. ### The children’s room Despite the small size of the children’s room, it is arranged for sleeping, studying, playing, and storing things. Space is also provided for an exhibition of children’s art. Thanks to a rug, decorative cushions, and posters, the design of the children’s room echoes the interiors of the other rooms. ### The home office One of the rooms turned into a home office: a comfortable armchair, an original desk, and a bookcase. The owner has also found a place for his passion: an electric guitar and an amplifier for it. If necessary, the sofa transforms into a bed, allowing the room to be used as a guest room. ### The entrance hall Upon entering the flat, the visitor is greeted by a vintage poster from 1965 advertising the resorts of Mallorca. The framing of it harmonizes with the design of the wall console, the mirror, and the pouf located there. These furnishings convey the design concept of the room. It is also very practical: one can look at oneself before leaving the flat, and there is a place to put small objects or to sit down when needed. ### Project summary The object: an apartment in a new residential complex located on the island of Palma de Mallorca. It has an area of one hundred and twenty square meters. Three bedrooms, living room combined with the kitchen, two bathrooms, large terrace. Inspired by the tones and atmosphere of the surrounding landscape, the interior was designed to feel serene, refined and fully resolved, with each decision contributing to a sense of effortless comfort and quiet distinction. This project reflects our approach to high-end residential interior design in Mallorca, where spatial elegance, material sensitivity and lifestyle quality come together to create homes of enduring value and presence. ### The living room The cosy sofa by Ditre Italia invites you to relax. The Frigerio wicker leather coffee table can also be used as a pouffe. Nearby we have placed two comfortable armchairs and a small coffee table made of natural stone. A carpet in sandy shades of Bo concept unites the whole composition into a cosy soft zone. The walls are decorated with abstract prints, with which the Samsung Frame TV harmonises. The living room is combined with an open kitchen, so we organised a comfortable dining area here. A luxurious Catellan Italia table with a natural stone top coordinates with the original Molteni chairs. In addition, we managed to integrate two additional functional zones in a small kitchen space: a workplace and a bar counter. For this purpose, we placed a light console and elegant stools by the panoramic window. This is a pleasant place to admire the mountain views and enjoy an invigorating cup of coffee or a sip of wine. ### The bedroom A refined combination of textures, shapes and colours creates the mood of the master bedroom. The harmonious proportions of the Frigerio armchair match the modern lines of the Ditre Italia bed. When planning the interior of the bedroom, we allocated not only a sleeping place but also a secluded corner for reading. ### The roof terrace The terrace of over 100 square metres is the most important component of this project. It is the highest point in the surrounding residential development. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of the sea, mountains, and golf courses. The perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a cocktail at sunset while admiring the panoramic scenery For the terrace, we have designed a layout that creates a space for socializing with friends, sunbathing and dining with sea views. A sofa, armchairs and coffee tables are placed in the sitting area. The feeling of cosiness is conveyed by soft carpet and cushion fabrics that are pleasant to the touch. The lounge area is equipped with a Jacuzzi, shower, sun beds and small serving tables. An umbrella is also placed here to protect you from the direct rays of the sun. A great place to sunbathe in the hot season and to enjoy the warm Jacuzzi in the cold weather. A large part of the terrace is reserved for the dining area. A large pergola provides comfortable shade. A stone dining table with elegant natural shapes allows seating for six guests. Live plants surround the area, creating a sense of harmony with nature. ### Project summary The object: Penthouse in a new residential complex with developed infrastructure (gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, underground parking). The property is in the picturesque area of Palma de Mallorca, surrounded by golf courses and mountains. The property is approximately 200 square meters in size. Kitchen combined with living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious terrace with Jacuzzi on the roof of the building. #### Client A private investor. #### Customer requirements - interior design that will reveal the penthouse’s potential and create added value; - a turnkey interior ready for residents to move in so that the owner does not have to spend time searching for and buying missing items or appliances; - interior items should not only be beautiful but also feel tactilely pleasing. #### Sources of inspiration Views from the penthouse terrace. #### Design solutions The interior is decorated with furniture on high graceful legs, which creates a feeling of spaciousness. The client needed the property to be quickly prepared for tenants to move in. That is why we offered Staging service, i.e. interior design without the need to carry out renovation or finishing works. We carefully selected stylish furniture, art and decorative items, creating a space ready for living. ### Living room The developer offered buyers of apartments in XO Residence Palma three styles of finishing.  This apartment was designed in the RAW style, which is characterised by a combination of open and industrial elements with durable and functional concrete surfaces. We took inspiration from this style by selecting items with a distinct character and a slight industrial touch. For example, the Glas Italia cabinet is made entirely of glass but looks as if it were cast in concrete. The upholstery of the chairs in the dining area is made of denim, reminiscent of industrial workers’ clothes. ### Bedrooms There are two bedrooms in the apartment, each of which we have endeavoured to decorate concisely and elegantly. We have used original paintings by artists to add style and accents. ### Terrace We have designated two areas on the terrace: a lounge with an Ethimo armchair and otomancer, and a small coffee table with armchairs. It’s a lovely place to enjoy Mallorca’s beautiful weather. Created for a project distinguished by bold architecture and an amenity-rich lifestyle offering, this design direction explores a cleaner, more graphic expression of luxury through modern lines, spatial clarity and a restrained material palette. The concept was developed to support the commercial and visual identity of the development, offering a strong, memorable interior language for buyers seeking a sophisticated apartment in Mallorca with a distinctly modern character. The complex includes 65 apartments with underground parking.  The distinctive features of the project are bold modern architecture, the ability to choose the future interior style and a wide range of amenities for residents: lounge, concierge service, cinema, golf simulator, cafe, gym, spa and a glass-bottom swimming pool. The RAW design line epitomises the aesthetics of minimalist industrial style. The combination of brutal concrete, metal and bold textures creates a modern interior with its character. ### Living room Geometric objects in a monochrome colour scheme harmonise with the concrete design wall and add rigour to the space. In some rooms, we have used an unusual solution by symmetrically placing decorative lighting of different types, such as a pendant lamp and a table lamp on a console. ### Dining area and kitchen At XO PARQ, kitchens are integrated into the living room space. To organise the space harmoniously, we have zoned it using furniture, lighting and decor. The furniture was selected so that the lines of some pieces resemble the shape of others and the finishes match. ### Bedroom A well-thought-out interior requires a high level of attention to detail. In this regard, the CID studio tries not just to create a place to sleep in the bedroom, but also to organise a space for reading or relaxing. ### Terrace Successful people visit Mallorca to enjoy its amazing climate and nature. Terraces are found in every one of our projects and designing them is a favourite of CID (Creative Interior Design). We use stylish furniture that is weather resistant and suitable for long term use. Depending on the size of the terrace, we try to create opportunities for various outdoor activities. For example, for the penthouse, we have designed a cosy soft area under the pergola, suitable for long periods of relaxation and socialising with friends. Mallorca enjoys 340 days of sunshine a year, which influences the local culture and daily habits of the inhabitants. Every object in the interior reflects the measured island life. ### The bedroom The master bedroom is designed as a sitting area. The bed has a view of the garden. The colour scheme of the decorative cushions and plaid is a natural extension of the palette outside the window. ### The children’s room The second bedroom is designed as a children’s room. Designed for a family of four, the project balances elegance with practicality, bringing together neoclassical references, bespoke detailing and a spatial layout tailored to everyday life, entertaining and work. The interior was developed to feel refined yet deeply liveable, with each room reflecting the personality and routines of its owners. As part of our work in high-end residential interior design, this project demonstrates how timeless style can be interpreted with comfort, flexibility and enduring value. ### The living room The living room is divided into a dining and a sitting area. The dining table can be extended when required. A piano is placed next to it so that the owners can host home concerts. #### The sitting area The sitting area features a sophisticated armchair with stitching and a minimalist sofa, which can be transformed into a bed. The sofa and armchair upholstery are very pleasant to the touch and have a suede-like texture. The contrasting edge on the armchair matches the colour of the sofa and the accent stitching on the armrests harmonizes with the colour of the armchair. The textiles add elegance and unify the whole interior: the classical style curtains with tassels, the cozy plaid, and the cushions are made of fabrics of different textures, but of similar shades. The design of the carpet on the floor is reminiscent of the posters on the walls. #### The installation The installation in the form of silver leaves decorates the wall. It harmonizes with the tree and plants adorning the room. The shapes and materials of the bookcase, coffee table, and chandelier amalgamate the design of the space. ### The kitchen The kitchen is divided into a cooking area, a bar counter, and a home office.The same textures are used in finishing each of them: concrete, wood, and metal. This technique made it possible to blend the different functional areas seamlessly into one room. The high bar counter, which separates the office from the kitchen, has become a favourite place for house parties and meetings with friends. ### The bedroom Each room has a different mood. The living room, for example, is done in a classic vein: stucco, and furniture with strict silhouettes. The bedroom has a more relaxed atmosphere. The bedroom has several functional areas: a sleeping area, a workspace, a dressing room, and a balcony. The designer decided to make the bedroom window panoramic – from floor to ceiling. When the corresponding glass and window frame were ordered and manufactured, it turned out that the manufacturer had not considered the dimensions of the lift and door openings. A special folding frame had to be made to deliver the order to the tenth floor. Assembly was carried out on site. ### The children’s room We chose an adventure theme for the children’s room. There are sailboats, a marquee, and even a rhinoceros! The children can hang their drawings on a special magnetic board. It is also handy for drawing with markers.The children’s room has all conditions for study, physical activity, and comfortable sleep. ### The balcony The goal of the balcony decoration was to make the space useful without blocking the panoramic view of the city.
