Arta XO Parq
The developer of the XO PARQ project in Palma de Mallorca has invited CID Studio to collaborate on three different interior concepts.
The Complex includes 65 apartments with underground parking. Characteristic features of the project include bold contemporary architecture, various interior styles and a host of amenities for residents, including a lounge area, concierge service, cinema, golf simulator, café, gym, spa and glass-bottom swimming pool.
The ARTA design line embodies a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle and enjoyment of simple pleasures. A mix of organic shapes and textures in warm colours is at the heart of the design approach.
Living room
Living room furniture is made of eco-organic materials that give a feeling of closeness to nature. The sofa can adapt to and support the shape of the body.
In the choice of armchairs, we favoured pieces that combine aesthetics and functionality, complementing the overall concept with architectural lines and intricate details.
Their effortless and relaxed appearance creates an atmosphere of calm and naturalness.
Dining area and kitchen
We chose items with organic shapes created from natural materials for the dining area design.
Light fixtures resembling elegant mushrooms became decorative accents, sublimating the designer’s vision of an eco-friendly space.
Bedroom
In the bedroom, we wanted to create an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. This was achieved through furniture, lamps, and decor whose designs echoed each other. The rounded lines of the bed resemble the smooth curves of the armchair and are combined with the streamlined surface of the pendant lamps.
Ovals and circles are embodied in the art on the walls, the shape of the mirrors, and the bathtub.
Soft upholstery, curtains, and rugs add cosiness to the space.
Terrace
Terraces are a key feature in all our projects, and designing them is a particular passion for CID (Creative Interior Design).
For the ARTA style, we used natural materials, including stone, wood, and textured textiles, which reflect Mallorca’s laid-back lifestyle.
We selected weather-resistant furniture that ensures durability and long-term enjoyment. We aim to facilitate various outdoor activities based on the terrace’s dimensions.
For instance, in the penthouse, we crafted a cosy lounge area beneath a pergola, perfect for relaxing and socialising with friends.
The heart of the terrace is dedicated to a dining area, and sun loungers are strategically placed next to the Jacuzzi for sunbathing.
