CID Studio drew La Brisa as one of two interior lines for XO Jonquet, a residential development above the old fishermen’s quarter on the seafront of Palma de Mallorca. This is the ground-floor duplex: two levels joined by an internal stair, opening on to a planted garden terrace screened from the street, with its own garage below. La Brisa is the paler of the two – travertine, light stone and oak in soft beiges and crisp whites, with the contrast pulled almost all the way out.
