Return & Refund Policy (including Outlet Items)

1. Delivery and Return Area

Delivery and returns are available exclusively within the island of Mallorca.

We do not ship, exchange, or accept returns outside Mallorca.

2. Standard Products (Non-Outlet)

For most standard products, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• be unused,

• be in its original condition,

• include all original packaging, accessories and documentation.

A refund will be issued after the item has been received and inspected.

3. Outlet Items

Products marked as Outlet, Sale, Clearance, Last Unit, or Discounted are sold at reduced prices due to specific conditions described in the product listing.

For these items, the following conditions apply:

• Returns are accepted only in case of transport damage or if the product does not match its description.

• Minor imperfections, finish variations, scratches, or signs of display use described in the product listing do not constitute grounds for return.

• Exchanges are only possible if an identical item is available in stock.

We strongly recommend reviewing all product photos and descriptions carefully before completing the purchase.

4. Transport Damage

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• photos of the packaging,

• photos of the damage,

• the order number.

We will arrange a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

In accordance with EU and Spanish consumer regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

• custom-made or personalised products,

• products that have been installed, assembled or altered after delivery,

• products returned without their original packaging.

6. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs (when required).

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for the return process.

7. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer,

except in cases of product defect or an error on our part.

• Return costs for large or heavy items may be calculated individually.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within

5–14 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
