RAW style staging
The apartment is part of the new XO Residence Palma (Mallorca), a modern urban oasis with concierge service, swimming pool, gym, sauna and hammam, café and underground parking.
The client needed the property to be quickly prepared for tenants to move in. That is why we offered Staging service, i.e. interior design without the need to carry out renovation or finishing works.
We carefully selected stylish furniture, art and decorative items, creating a space ready for living.
Living room
The developer offered buyers of apartments in XO Residence Palma three styles of finishing. This apartment was designed in the RAW style, which is characterised by a combination of open and industrial elements with durable and functional concrete surfaces.
We took inspiration from this style by selecting items with a distinct character and a slight industrial touch. For example, the Glas Italia cabinet is made entirely of glass but looks as if it were cast in concrete. The upholstery of the chairs in the dining area is made of denim, reminiscent of industrial workers’ clothes.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms in the apartment, each of which we have endeavoured to decorate concisely and elegantly.
We have used original paintings by artists to add style and accents.
Terrace
We have designated two areas on the terrace: a lounge with an Ethimo armchair and otomancer, and a small coffee table with armchairs. It’s a lovely place to enjoy Mallorca’s beautiful weather.
