Who are our clients?
We work with both companies and private customers.
We create interior designs for villas and apartment complexes for property developers. This includes layouts, photorealistic visualisations of future spaces, virtual tours 360, and video. We also help select finishing materials, decorative elements, and furniture. The design allows the newly constructed property to stand out from competitors, and our media content increases sales.
Private clients engage us to create interior designs for villas and apartments. Most of our clients are foreign investors or owners of second homes in Mallorca who do not live permanently on the island. They often leave us the keys to their property to take back when the project is complete, and all the items in the house are in place.
What principles do we base our work on?
We base our work on three principles.
- Creativity. We enjoy creating unique design projects. Our creation is unrestricted by a few furniture manufacturers, so we combine up to twenty brands in each project. Our partnerships with manufacturers and major suppliers allow us to deliver items from over seven hundred brands at attractive prices. We use art by local artists or provided by significant galleries in Mallorca and Milan.
- Integrity. Our design projects, layouts, 3D renderings, virtual tours, and video content reflect the rooms’ real size and the furniture’s dimensions. We take pride in the fact that once our projects are completed, the photos are the same as the 3D renders.
- Diligence. We know how to achieve results within tight deadlines, we like to take on non-standard tasks and are always happy to take on new challenges to help our clients.
In English, the first letters of the titles of our principles form CID, the abbreviation for Creative Interior Design.
