Spectacular sea view
Located just off the main promenade, this apartment in Palma de Mallorca fulfils a modern, elegant style and offers its occupants unforgettable sea views. The interior features iconic Italian furniture and artwork, giving the space a sophisticated and refined feel. By thinking in detail about the concept and placement of objects, we were able to create a harmonious and cosy space to live in.
Living room
The living room is combined with the kitchen to create a single spacious room, flooded with light thanks to the panoramic windows. The centrepiece of the living room is the iconic orange Camaleonda sofa by B&B Italia, created in 1970 by Mario Bellini.
Contemporary artwork on the walls complements the overall design, creating a gallery-like atmosphere. The kitchen area is decorated in white and grey tones with marble, giving the interior an elegant and understated feel.
Terrace
The terrace is a real jewel of the apartment. It offers an impressive view of the sea and yachts on the seafront. There are comfortable armchairs and a sofa to enjoy the scenery and the fresh sea air. The lounge area on the terrace is ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails, creating a cosy and comfortable outdoor feeling.
Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, each decorated in light, neutral colours with accents on textiles and decorative elements.
The master bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom and a spacious dressing room.
The guest bedroom continues the overall interior concept, offering a comfortable place to relax.
Study
Special attention has been paid to the home office, which is decorated in a minimalist style. Laconic shelving units and racks provide ample storage space for books and documents, keeping the space neat and tidy.
In the centre of the office stands a modern desk, next to which is a comfortable armchair, which can be transformed into a bed if necessary, offering additional space for guests.
