Raw XO Parq
The developer of the project XO PARQ (Palma de Mallorca) has engaged CID Studio to develop three lines of interior design.
The complex includes 65 apartments with underground parking. The distinctive features of the project are bold modern architecture, the ability to choose the future interior style and a wide range of amenities for residents: lounge, concierge service, cinema, golf simulator, cafe, gym, spa and a glass-bottom swimming pool.
The RAW design line epitomises the aesthetics of minimalist industrial style. The combination of brutal concrete, metal and bold textures creates a modern interior with its character.
Living room
Geometric objects in a monochrome colour scheme harmonise with the concrete design wall and add rigour to the space.
In some rooms, we have used an unusual solution by symmetrically placing decorative lighting of different types, such as a pendant lamp and a table lamp on a console.
Dining area and kitchen
At XO PARQ, kitchens are integrated into the living room space.
To organise the space harmoniously, we have zoned it using furniture, lighting and decor.
The furniture was selected so that the lines of some pieces resemble the shape of others and the finishes match.
Bedroom
A well-thought-out interior requires a high level of attention to detail. In this regard, the CID studio tries not just to create a place to sleep in the bedroom, but also to organise a space for reading or relaxing.
Terrace
Successful people visit Mallorca to enjoy its amazing climate and nature. Terraces are found in every one of our projects and designing them is a favourite of CID (Creative Interior Design). We use stylish furniture that is weather resistant and suitable for long term use.
Depending on the size of the terrace, we try to create opportunities for various outdoor activities. For example, for the penthouse, we have designed a cosy soft area under the pergola, suitable for long periods of relaxation and socialising with friends.
Next to the Jacuzzi, we placed sun loungers for sunbathing.
The central part of the terrace is the dining area.
